NSC Subject Registration Fee: R11,000.00 — payable in full before 28 February 2027.
NSC Exam Venue Fee: R5,995.00 — payable in full before 30 April 2027.
NSC registration and exam venue fees not paid in full by these dates will result in NSC candidates not being registered — there are no extensions or payment arrangements available on NSC fees.
Courier is a once-off fee of R500, payable with registration on acceptance of your formal quotation for delivery of School-in-a-Box contents.
Monthly instalments run January to October. Registration is only processed once the full upfront registration fee is received — partially paid quotations aren't processed.
Registrations for 2027 open 1 September. The Hadeda Promotion early bird rate is valid until 1 December 2026.
A few things worth reading before you register.
A complete set of relevant subject textbooks, prescribed readers, a learner's support file, tasks and tests, and termly reports.
Mindscape Education currently supports Grade R to Matric in both English and Afrikaans Home Language.
Mathematics and Mathematical Literacy may not be taken together — learners must select one. Consumer Studies and Hospitality Studies may not be taken together — learners must select one. Mathematics is compulsory alongside Physical Science and EGD.
If a learner wants to take more than the required 7 subjects, they must complete all required work — including portfolio work — from Grade 10, and must pass each additional subject before continuing with it the next grade. An 8th subject is at an additional charge.
